Wall art prints and the fine art printing service are printed to order, so please consider your order carefully as we are generally unable to allow returns or cancellation of items if you have simply changed your mind. Of course nothing overrides your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian law. Goods reported as faulty will be dealt with on a case by case basis; please contact us if you are not happy with your order.

Payment in full is required to secure a place. We accept credit card and direct deposit payments.
We reserve the right to cancel if insufficient numbers register. Any payments received will be refunded in full or transferred to another date or workshop at your request.
If you cancel up to fourteen days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund; between fourteen days and three days before the workshop you will receive a refund of 50% of the fee paid; for cancellation within three days of the workshop (e.g. on the Thursday/Friday/Saturday before a Sunday workshop), or if you do not attend for any reason, no refund will be paid.
Pre-paid Photography Lessons
Payment is required at the time of booking. Pre-payments are not refundable, but may be transferred to another person or session/service.
If you want to change your session time, please advise as early as possible; a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked time, or if you do not attend at the time, the value of your pre-paid session will be deemed to be reduced by 25%, and the session length reduced accordingly.
Itinerary The itinerary and activities may be subject to change depending on weather, local conditions and opportunities.
Payment The specified deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days before departure. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received when due. Payment may be made by credit card or direct deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds A specified minimum number of persons is required for the tour to run. If there are insufficient numbers the tour may be cancelled and any payments will be refunded. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must advise by email. If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the tour, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel between 60 and 45 days of the tour start, you will not receive a deposit refund unless your place is filled by someone else. If you have paid the full amount for the tour and cancel within 45 days of the tour start, you will not receive a refund unless your place is filled by someone else.
Insurance It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself, your equipment and personal belongings.
Location Photography The tour will only be visiting locations intended for general public access. Some walking and stairs can be expected. Participants will be required to remain on marked paths and lookouts. There may be hazards and participants will be required to follow the instructions of the tour leader. Breaches of National Park rules such as climbing fences or interacting with wildlife will not be allowed.
